Questions and Answers

Is delivery free?

Yes, on all orders over £50 when you opt for our standard delivery service. When you opt for next day delivery, specific day delivery or items under £50 you will incur a charge which will be made clear to you at the checkout stage.  

What is the product made from?

All of our rattan garden furniture is crafted using powder coated aluminium frames and high quality PE synthetic rattan weave.

Is the furniture weather resistant?

All of our garden furniture frames are pwoder coated aluminium, so your furniture will not rust. The rattan is UV resistant and so it will not fade nor will it crack or go brittle. The cushions are showerproof however we do recommend storing them indoors in persistant bad weather conditions.

How quickly will I receive my order?

The order will be processed within 72 hours and you will either receive a call to arrange delivery or an email from us advising you when the goods are expected in. Please do not call before this time as it may prevent a delay in the order being processed..

What do the sets come with?

For information about what comes included with your furniture please check the product description for what the set comprises of. For any promotions running on your chosen furniture such as a free parasol, base or cover, these will be added to your basket automatically if the promotion is active.

Can I purchase single part/replacements?

We will of course provide replacements for items under warranty or damaged during transit. We do not hold excess spares, although we will endeavour to provide them wherever possible. You can request items via our email service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk by sending us your original order details and as much information as possible, including sizes of glass and pictures. We will then respond to you via email with any cost incurred and a lead time for when we can provide the item, if it is possible. We do not provide full sets of replacements cushions, as we do not hold enough excess stock of the items to provide this service.

Can I purchase chairs, tables and sofa items individually?

We do not sell the items individually; they only can be sold as the set is seen on the internet.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have several showrooms located across the UK, in Essex (SS11 8YW), Enfield (EN2 9DP) and Ipswich (IP9 2JR). Our Essex showroom is the largest garden furniture showrom in the UK and is also home to our head office. You can visit any of our showrooms, 7 days a week, with free parking available. Where do I find dimensions of a product?

Product measurements are available in the 'Product Dimensions' tab on every product. If you require further dimensions or they are not in this section you can email service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk and one of our sales advisors will be able to provide you with them.

Policy of Price Match

We will price match a product providing it is an identical match to the proposed product you have seen elsewhere, including any promotions, i.e. free cover, parasol or base. Additionally, the product must be in stock for us to price match the product and cannot be a returned or reconditioned item. Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price promise if doing so would result in Zebrano Rattan making a loss. Do you deliver to Northern Island/ Outside the UK?

We can deliver to Northern Island; there is an additional charge for this service which can vary for the size of the item and the delivery location. We can also deliver to several locations outside of the UK but the same conditions regarding additional costs will apply. You can call us on 0333 1 210 218 or email us at service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk to check whether we deliver to your location and the shipping costs for your delivery .

Can I collect the item?

Yes, providing we have confirmed the item is stock, payment has been taken and we are advised 48 hours in advance to make sure the goods are ready for yourself or your carrier. Please advise us who will be coming to collect the goods. We may decline a carrier if we are not certain they are here to collect on your behalf.

Do you Provide Credit?

Unfortunately we do not provide credit at current.

Do you have a warranty?

We provide a warranty on all of our rattan furniture. Please check the boxes beside the product image to check how long the warranty is for - our products range from a warranty of 1 year to 7 years depending on the item.

How will my product be delivered?

Our standard delivery service will be a pallet delivery from our third party courier service that will be delivered to the nearest hardstanding - this could be a level driveway or the curb outside your home. Unfortunately, our couriers cannot take the furniture through your property to your garden for insurance purposes, nor can they take the pallet away. For deliveries made on our own vehicles, providing we are given clear access we will be able to deliver the furniture to your garden. Unless you have spoken to one of our sales advisors who has assured you the furniture will be delivered on our own vehicles please be aware that this will be a pallet delivery service.
