Is delivery free?

Yes on all orders over £200. 

What is the product made from?

Synthetic PU Rattan and Aluminium frame.

Is the Set Weather resistant?

The frame is aluminium, so it will not rust, the rattan is UV resistant and so it will not fade. The cushions are shower proof. We advise sponge cleaning the cushion, do not tumble dry.

How quickly will I receive my order?

The order will be processed within 72 hours and you will either receive a call to arrange delivery or an email from us advising you when the goods are expected in. Please do not call before this time as it may prevent a delay in the order being processed..

What do the sets come with?

The Cadiz range comes only as the set. The other ranges are provided with a parasol and furniture cover where appropriate. You can purchase a parasol base at the end of the sale if you would like one, the item does not come as standard..

Can I purchase single part/replacements?

We will of course provide replacements for items under warranty or damaged during transit. We do not hold excess spares, although we will endeavour to provide them wherever possible. You can request items via our email service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk sending us your original order details and as much information as possible, including sizes of glass and pictures. We will then respond to you via email with any cost incurred and a lead time for when we can provide the item, if it is possible. We do not provide full sets of replacements cushions, as we do not hold enough excess stock of the items to provide this service.

Can I purchase chairs, tables and sofa items individually?

We do not sell the items individually; they only can be sold as the set is seen on the internet.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, Viewable by appointment please call 0845 030 4061 . Our showroom is on the Suffolk/Essex Border in Haverhill CB9 7YH

Where do I find dimensions of a product?

Policy of Price Match

We will price match a product providing it is a Mazerattan product and the retailer in question has the item in stock for sale. You can call us on 0845 030 4061 or email us at service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk with the information if you would like us to clarify if we can price match the item for you..

Do you deliver to Northern Island/ Outside the UK?

We can deliver to Northern Island; there is an additional charge of £40.00 per pallet for this service. You can call us on 0845 030 4061 or email us at service@rattanfurnitureuk.co.uk to check how many Pallets your items would come too. Orders for Northern Island will need to be called through to us. We do not deliver outside the UK.

Can I collect the item?

Yes, providing we have confirmed the item is stock, payment has been taken and we are advised 48 hours in advance to make sure the goods are ready for yourself or your carrier. Please advise us who will be coming to collect the goods. We may decline a carrier if we are not certain they are collect on your behalf.

Do you Provide Credit?

Unfortunately we no longer provide credit.

Do you have a warranty?

All goods come with a 5 year warranty..

How will my product be delivered?

It will be delivered via our vehicles or via a carrier service; the item will be delivered to the Kerb side of the property. Our drivers and carriers do not put the item in the garden or assembly the goods. Do check for missing cushions underneath the chairs as they are often stored under there during transit.
